The power button does not work because the printer does not turn off when I press it. I tried various combinations, e.g. B. Pressed the power button and the Color button for 15 seconds, still nothing. I opened the printer and there is no paper residue.

hello po, pwede po mag ask. ung printer ko is l3250. first time ko mgprint ng photo in plain bond paper ok xa. then tinago ko pinter for about 1 week. nung ngprint ulit ako may lines na pag nagprint. ano po kaya pwede sanhi ng pagkkaroob ng lines :( nozzle check is ok. head cleaning done. pero may lines pa dn po :( pa help naman pls. tnx

There should be a paper sensor, and the sensor is disabled. Find it and clean by wet cotton

Remove the print head and clean it by hot water without touching the board only bottom. Take care the electronic parts
