I was struggling trying to trim the start of my clip with your technique. It seemed if I dragged from start to the right, it removed content from the end. If I dragged from end to the left; it also removes content from the end. Then I looked at your help video again. Same thing is happening. Notice that when you try and trim the start, it just moves the thumbnail at the beginning. You can't see the end getting trimmed because your thin view doesn't show thumbs except at the start. If you make it a little taller, you will see that it doesn't matter which end you drag from, it is always taking it off the end. That is odd behavior. I will use your split and delete technique instead to trim the start. I'd love to have a quick way to trim the start. It's always my hand getting in the frame from turning on the camera. 😊
I am using this on Windows 10.
I have problems when I play video bewtween editing video hangs and freezes.

Vsdc is way to complicated then it look ( and it look complicated too )
It might be at first, but with a little practice it should become familiar to use.
