How to make coconut Jollof rice/coconut rice/Nigerian Recipe

Coconut jollof rice recipe is an African dish you can perpare in any part of the world because the ingredients used are easy to find.
3 chicken
1kg gazzard
1 ice fish
2 onions (meat & stew base)
Vegetable
Salt
Seasoning cubes
1 tomatoes pasta(you can use more than 1 depending on the quantity you making)
Jollof mix( tomatoes, peppers, onion,garlic and ginger blend it all)
Crayfish (as you prefer)
3 cups basimati rice (you can use any other rice)
1 coconut ( you can use more than 1 depending on your quantity)
Butter (optional)
