Thanks for the video, it was very helpful! Any videos you would recommend about arm action? My friend seems to be getting his arm up way to early sometimes and also seems to lead with his elbow.

Idk my spin rate but I do know last year on the highschool team I was just throwing mid 70s on jv then started throwing up in the zone more and got more wiffs on my curve and fastball

yeah they'd pair together a bit more, but be careful, for the reasons i explained

@@DanBlewett yep I still stay down in the zone mostly because I can command my pitches best down there but the high fastball has been a game changer
