Same here, 26 years metal and metalcore. Actually some other modern country artists are really good too, like 7500 OBO from Tim McGraw, Play it Again by Luke Bryan... and More than my Hometown by Wallen. Maybe Wallen will popularize country music outside of the south, without crossing over to pop or commercialization. And this is what the CMA execs always wanted but couldn't achieve, then decided to ban him anyway, now everyone can see what mediocrities they are.

When I listen to a song that's what I listen for too, is their back up singer/singers because, they're the ones who make the artist sound better which means they themselves are good singers. There's so many singers out today who have gotten their start that way. Ryan Hurd who is getting famous now started out writing songs for the artists to sing & now he's writing & singing the songs for his own career.

I'm really just now discovering Morgan's songs & I like his style. I do have this to say not just about Morgan's back up singers or duet partners but, all those backup singers we see need to be given some recognition on these songs as well because, they make the artist sound better & that's because, they are good singers themselves. There's a bunch of famous singers who got their start that exact way. It's interesting to read about who writes the songs these artists sing... some write their own songs & some co write the songs they sing. There's the songwriters who start out writing songs for artists, who are good singers themselves & that's how they got their start.
No matter how it all comes about I love my country music 🎶🎶🎶

Such a pretty song !!! My gf loves this song and has played it often in the past year we had Ben together ... After I listen to it closely I get why she loves this song .. we met at a gas station while I was pumping gas in my lifted 4 runner with mud slung up on both sides she seen me n fell in love ..since then we have logged thousands of miles in the muddy trails of east TN and ky .. and the funny thing is we live in Claiborne co... That's 1 county over from where Morgan Wallen is from ..lol .. I'd bet I've rewound this song at least 500 times in the past 2 days and I'll do it all over again today !!!!

I’m 57 and a hard core classic Rock, Singer song writer, 70s early 80s music fanatic. Except for a few songs here and there I thought music was dead and gone forever. This guy gives me great hope and stands out above all others. His voice, his heart felt deliveries and lyrics are next level. It’s been years since someone like him has come along! Saw him in Hartford Connecticut and the energy was off the scale the entire Show. He’s amazing and I will be waiting for him to come back to the Northeast. I will drive hours to see him👍.

Man my dad passed from cancer this past November, it's hard but when Morgan first came out we both just no life's his music!! Morgan actually looks almost exactly like my dad did when he was his age!! Just makes me happy when I hear your songs..in a way my dad lives on for me through your music and your voice...my dad would have lost it to meet you!!
