One big issue with ai is that clubs that underperform the board always sack their manager pretty quick which de stabilises the club
This shows how difficult it is to go from non-league to the Champions League.Honestly you just need good free signings & loans. Takes skill though.
It doesn't matter how much money you give them. The AI is hopeless. Stability is probably the most important thing needed to rise up the leagues and the AI doesn't get that. How many managers has Spennymoor had?
