I done this in CM 2003. It was a proper PITA. I just used the english premier league and all tiers below it. Loaded tue game up and half of the teams had grey players because they didn't have enough homegrown to meet the rules lmao. I cant remember how i resolved or if i even played it after that. It took me forever to do.

Not sure why the editor is so difficult to use. The FM game enables you to move around the countries and their leagues easily but the edititor is cumbersome.

One big issue with ai is that clubs that underperform the board always sack their manager pretty quick which de stabilises the club

I tried this and in my save nothing ever happens to them, within a few months the debt has completely gone and they're profitable again? Seems like the game is broken to stop the editor allowing this

Could you do this again but do the following Add more teams in the league, make it bigger like 16-20 Get rid of TNS and any other English teams in the leagues system Add Swansea Cardiff Wrexham and Newport. It would make things very interesting

When all the stats are maxed out, they won't operate as an out and out striker. Some stats like vision, teamwork, decision making, passing need to be a little lower so the player is always looking to shoot.

You should add "notes" to the teams so it's easier to see the affected teams at a glance when looking at the tables (they will have a yellow icon next to their names). Saying that, it might have been a bit tedious for you to add them to 230 teams 😄
