Wow. Thank God I stumbled on your channel. I was looking for Accra beans recipe then I saw the koki beans recipe. I made Accra but ended up with too much beans so used the left over beans to make koki beans. This is the easiest koki beans recipe I’ve ever made and hands down the best and fluffiest of them all. Yes your texture too was amazing. No mortar yay.
Thanks so much sis. I really appreciate and you are most welcomed
Wow quite easy. Will try

So so fluffy!! I have to try this. But question was your salt season salt or regular salt? It looked brown
Yes it's sea salt. But looks more brownish. I just love that particular brand of salt.

No. You can't. That one is tooo fine grained. Please don't. You'll end up with fufu

Learned something new, that its not healthy to cook directly in aluminum foil for long 👌
Very very unsafe. Please don't try it esp for boiling

What could be the cause when you cook koki and it comes out hard and sticks alot to the parchment paper
Not enough water, when its too fine blended. Its supposed to be coarse in texture and not 100% smooth when blended
I thought that mixing it with a lot of water will make it pasty. I'm suprised.
Oh no. It will be pasty when you blend to be very very smooth or fine with too much water. But when it roughly ground like in the video, water will make it moist and crumbly
