I own a studio and I bring all the decor I dont' want anymore and give it away to my members. They love it and I find it so rewarding to see how happy they are! Some will take photos so I can see where they put their items in their home. I know how much I enjoy seeing a new piece of decor in my home or my studio and it's a good feeling to know that I could make someone happy in the same way. Spread decor cheer, I say! 😀

Great score with that chair! It's beautiful with all the carved detailing, simple yet sculptural and functionable to boot. I love baskets for the texture they add. I'm always looking for unique ones when thrifting. I love a peg rail in the kitchen. My coffee "station" is a tray with a peg rail above it for mugs. I have another on a wall which I style with textiles; aprons, towels and pot holders in my seasonal color palette. I could not use a furniture piece here, so going vertical with an installation provided a practical styling solution. Walmart sells unfinished peg rails in two sizes, reasonably priced. I have also purchased unfinished pegs from Amazon which you can add to your own board for a custom piece.

Wow! I have that same faucet in our 1/2 bath. I love the soft brass. I got my soft brass square tissue holder from Amazon. It doesn’t have the ribbing in it, tho.
I love the way you have decorated your home. I actually bought a lot of white pottery pieces for my mostly brown house. I have a lot of built ins around our tv. And some of the white pieces are in them. I have a lot of picture frames in my built ins too. They are all my grandkids. But they take up a lot of space. So I’m going to buy a larger glass box to put the pictures in. So I can put the frames up. I have one of the long metal shelves on the side of my refrigerator. And I hang my dish towel there to dry the dishes I hand wash. I have a cedar chest I use as a coffee table. And I had a lot of decor pieces in it. I took a lot out last night and now it’s sitting on my dining table. Which is small. It was kind of hard to eat dinner tonight. My husband asked why all of it was there. It will probably be there until I get my built ins dusted and rearranged.
Yes you gave me quite a few things too use for functional things. Especially my entry table has sliding doors and pouring and keeping our shoes there is perfect for us.
