Dilaw means the color yellow. Yellow is Maloi's color in BINI But in here, Maki is the Dilaw in Maloi's life. He's that one friend that left you but gave you great memories and lessons in life.
Actually Maki here was just Maloi's imagination. At first you can see that Maloi only paints black and abstract, because that's how she represents her current life. Until Maki came who represented the DILAW (Yellow in English) of her life. So suddenly her life changed. Maki helped make Maloi's life happy and colorful. You can also see that Maloi's previously black paintings have become colorful. But in the end she realized that Maki was just her imagination. She realized that she was the Dilaw (Yellow) of her life. She chose happiness on her own
that's one of the theory, the other one is maloi's life was sad until she met maki, like maki give maloi's life colorful, then you see in the mv, maki saying his goodbye then the next clip u see some texts "good bye" "where are you now", maloi keeps finding him but he left, now maloi's life is now sad again "sorry if my grammar is wrong"
In the first scene maloi's arts is mostly in black paint and the gradient is blurry and darker until she bumps into maki spilling the yellow (dilaw) paint in her shirt pertaining that he triggered something within her. Throughout the whole mv the tone is warm and bright and maloi is starting to use bright colors for her arts until he was gone and maloi's world has gone dark again, and at the end of the mv u can actually notice that it gets back into a warmer tone when maloi finally realizes that she is her own dilaw (yellow) which can be a symbolism to acceptance, life and happiness. Maki (the guy) is just the representation of some people in your life that will left sooner or later but the memories the lessons and the experience will still be in there and will help you grow and be better a version of yourself
