    The body knob closely resembles a tilt shift tone control. Turn it up and you get more high end while reducing the low end simultaneously. Turn it down and you get more low end while also getting less high end.

    Great idea for a video, as soon as these were released I was like "damn, young worship players are gonna LOVE these!" So I love that you have taken that on board already and shown what they can do in a worship setting

      Thanks! That was my reasoning - they may or may not be for me, at the stage I'm at now, but I would have been incredibly interested in these when I was starting out.

    I sincerely think the reverb is perfect. It gives you so many options with just 3 knobs and the pre-delay toggle. I wouldn't change a single thing about it.

    Nice demo, man. You’re one of the first to really look at these. Thanks!

    Flashback 2 can do tap tempo, however you need to going into TonePrint with the pedal connected via USB to the computer and reprogram the footswitch from mash to tap tempo. I like the Series 3 for its simplicity and tonal range. If you need to switch the repeats, you'll need to upgrade to a pedal like the Flashback 2.

      Ah, interesting, I just stuck an external tap on it. My first version of this $300 board thing had a Flashback and an RV-5, then I did this one to try out the JHS 3 Series. I think in reality I'd combine the two... my ideal cheap board would be Flashback plus the 3 Series Reverb, that thing was cool.

    Hey Matt would you ever do a $500 pedalboard?

    • @LeFeversAudio
      @LeFeversAudio  Před 2 lety

      Hmm. Maybe someday… I know what I’d put on it. A Mojo Hand Rook for overdrive, Boss DD-20 for delay, and a Neunaber Wet for reverb. That’d be an unstoppable mini board actually.

    Was there a gate on the interface or daw? Might explain the delay glitch. I run delay and reverb after the iridium. Kinda simulates an effects loop and cleans them up 👍🏻 Great video!

    • @LeFeversAudio
      @LeFeversAudio  Před 3 lety

      No gate for this video, although I do usually run one. I actually haven't tried wet FX after the Iridium yet, it's on my to do list!

      @@mintsk8er Yea it could be a defective pedal for sure. He should ask JHS or the retailer he purchased it from for a swap

    $200 worship board
    Boss SD-1/ Mooer Blues Crab/ NuX Morning Star - $50-$55
    NuX Atlantic Reverb + Delay - $150
    The Atlantic includes tap tempo for the delay + a momentary shimmer function for it's plate reverb.

    • @LeFeversAudio
      @LeFeversAudio  Před 3 lety +1

      I'm not familiar with the Nux stuff but the Blues Crab and the SD-1 are definitely the best picks for drive for a cheap board. I used the Blues Crab last time I did this, it sounded excellent.
