36:19 I've mentioned this before on these videos, but since Dale likes to use the excuse so much, there's Claudio sidestepping an attack pretty effectively.
Even if it's different to 7s, which probably isn't the case with Dale's track record, you just gotta sidestep properly. There's a guide out there and some moves do indeed track, or potentially you just need to dodge in one of the other many ways.

One thing I’ve noticed about Dale is that he prides himself on being a patient player who loves using counter hits to get people into combos, but the problem with this is that the fact that he never uses optimal combos to get the most damage possible with feng you can get a 50% combo from one counter hit launcher, but he doesn’t know how to do it because probably he didn’t practice at all with the character very much or look up guides because in his mind He’s such a good player that he doesn’t need advice from anybody else or to excel his experience as a player, which is why he’s dog shit at every fighting game he plays.
Somehow everyones mashing, but you hear him going ufc on those buttons.
