I agree. I love their love and life. She was dumped by her ex bcoz she was just a farmer and so simple and went to tye city girl . The husband of the FL now, he might be also poor and just like her also a farmer but very noble and love her so much and their family. When his wife work to that grandma( in one of those clips i just watched)and living in there with her daughter , he doesnt even stay there for a night sleep with them because they don't want the grandma to think that they take adavantage of her, which is very resoectful and dignified! They are very happy and contented to their life ,while the ex was realized and regretted what he did to his ex and still unsettled.
Omg, I didn't realized that the female lead here was also the FL in TEARS IN HEAVEN and YOUTH MEMORIES, she is a good actress, but i really liked her character more in this story. I think she really nailed it and so far to me no other chinese actress to me as so conveying , so heartfelt that even just a staggering short clips that contents of the character's emotional journey , really pulled up this character that it makes my heart -wrenching.
It doesn't make any difference to me it's just in keeping with the part she is playing note that when she got married and didn't have to do hard work in the sun her appearance changed
I have to ask this and I swear I am not been racist either but are these actors usually this dark or is it makeup ? I know that the trend is for white skin but I think they;re beautiful what ever colour they are
They are dark because they were farmers so they have a tan.....actually in China I've read in comments that the actresses and idols keep their skin white and pale because this is considered upper class, whereas the darker skinned people are looked down upon because they are from the country and hence considered lower class and poorer....so they say.....someone correct me if the comments I have read are wrong....
Labourers and people who work on the land get a tan and look darker. Also this is based in a previous era where poorer people didn’t focus on skin care, sunscreen etc. But yes I’m Asia, people will do anything to be lighter even use bleaching creams, poorer people can’t afford that
