Love this! I'm still learning the basics, but how do you do the snow displacement when the vehicle takes off at 1;33 and when the creature plows under the snow? Do you have any tutorial or is there any keywords for me to research how to do this? Thanks in advance!

Particles and then instances of snow flakes of various sizes attached to the particles. To get it to start it's just a key framed event and to stop. The grander snow fx are either composited fx or bullet simulations and then roughed using a morph map. Glad you liked the video
