And they are still so powerful that they are destroying the hobby for every other company 🤮
Looks like the Gorgon has a lot of parts coming from the 3s line, if that's the case they should hold up PLENTY to what people are gonna want to do to these. I'm pretty excited about this RC.

I agree with what you said, if ARRMA gives the Gorgon support for upgrades and the aftermarket gives it some love, it could give the Stampede a run for its money for best 2wd entry monster truck. I'm also curious if this will affect the ECX Amp Crush and Ruckus sales, since both are owned by Horizon Hobby.

I have an 8yr old nephew. He will be getting the new beefed up stampede bl-2s 4wd. I can gear it down and he needs tough. The gorgon looks better than the 2wd pede. As far as popping shock caps off an old trick is you put zip ties around the shock caps tight. Works great. Odd no foams in the gorgon.

A toss up here & sentiments went to the 'Pede . See, money saved on the Gorgon , went to a vxl system & I should be good . Maybe next time , i got both brands & they all will break. Thanks for showcasing its diffs.
Gorgon is much cheaper than stampede (includes battery and charger) consequently its spare parts are cheaper but more difficult to find than traxxas. Also Gorgon brings Bearings and Stampede brings Bushings 😊😊

I think the biggest improvement ist the Midmotor. The Stampede is allways on his Backwheels and nearly got no traktion in the front.

I wish traxxas would just mold a .75-1" longer chassis. It would help alot.
Ready to run, most reliable. Funnest machine. Cost is not an issue
I'm considering one for the kids but those 3s burrowed driveshafts worry me as had nothing but issues with them on my granite which I had to get the upgrade shafts for.

managed to jam a traxxas vxl system in mine. stiffened the suspension a bit to take curbs at speed. super good time.
Looks like stampede needs a little repair in the front suspension, pin popped out at the bottom.
Great review. Traxxas Stampede is very durable and my kids only broke a couple parts on their's. They barely ever rolled over. I'm looking at getting two ne GorGon's for when they come over and visit. We do have a brand new Courtney Force Stamaped that is just a shelf Queen.

You forgot to mention that the Gorgon has wheel bearings. The cheap stampede has bushings. Win for the Gorgon.
Those traxxas caps are known for popping? I’ve crashed my brushless 2wd slash about 10,000 times and haven’t had one pop
This one here I’ve had to glue them on. Yes it’s very common to pop the caps off.
