From the late 1600s to the mid-1800s, there was no finer mint output than the Royal Mint in Great Britain/UK.
After all...no less than Sir Isaac Newton was the master of the mint for over 30 years in the early 1700s, starting in 1699, and by the late 1700s, the Wyon family had essentially established a mint dynasty that would last 6 generations.
Newton introduced reforms that dramatically cut down on the number of counterfeits that easily passed through the banking system, and the Wyon family were master engravers who took the engraving art to heights never before seen in coinage.
That's why coins from 1815 look like they could have been made yesterday, while US coins from 1815 look like they were made by first year apprentices.
If you like the 1880 5 Pesetas (Drew Barrymore) the 1850 5 Franc from France 🇫🇷 is another great coin design. I love putting these two coins side by side ❤ almost identical hair and the fancy jewelry.

Your price on the Peru 5 Peseta was too low. Great coin, very tough to find in MS. Wish I had seen it sooner.
How did i think also that it looked like a pattern style coin it does look similar to the morgan dollar but Liberty on the morgan to me is more nice more pretty
