I am here early! Excited to watch this video! I’ve been natural for about 5-6 years, my hair to my waist but I have shrinkage to my shoulders. I want to be able to have length so I do mini twist with added hair, I was wondering does that effect the hair growth? I’m so used to doing wash n gos which helped my hair grow but I am just worried about doing anything different that’ll stop the growth as in adding extra hair. Does anyone know?

Yessss early bird gets the worm 🐛 In my opinion, this hair doesn't a ton of weight to my hair, so it's pretty safe in that regard. As far as interrupting your hair growth, the only problem I'd forsee is the tension at the root of each twist. If you make sure not to install too tight, you should be good to go!
