Made your pesto yesterday. So so easy. Also marinated boneless thighs overnight. Cooked for breakfast this morning. The entire household and our guests said to tell you it was delicious.
Chris, good job, you make me hungry, one of these days try your dahl by adding 1 tbsp garam massala (Maywah brand) and 15 minutes before its done, put about 15 leaves of poi baajie, alternatively, 20 leaves of broad spinach to boil in the dahl. With that Baajie and that wiri wiri pepper, and that roasted geera, you will be the best. Good cooking. Ranie.

Beautiful uncle. My father is guyanese but he was never there growing up. My mother loves Caribbean food and she made curry chicken but it never looked like this. I'll never knock my mom cooking but I gotta try this out

Like you I was taught to wash my meats and rice and pick my peas and wash them also. I have made curry or stew chicken and meats before
but never curry stew. I shall certainly try it now that I know how.

All though i’m from Spanish speaking island in the caribbean I love my caribbean neighbor’s food. I grow up eating it. it delicious. I miss it so much. i used to prepare it all the time when i was a teenager . My mother, and my sisters love it too. …I don’t make it anymore because here in CA where i leave now they don’t have the spices.😩😩
