I’m not Raiders fan but I do believe there’s a combination of a lot of things here: the league hates the Raiders, the team lost their identity and have become what they hated most, the Patriots 2.0. Brady, McDaniels, players that were patriots at some point, bullying the players that were never patriots: Renfrow, Davante, etc. It’s just sad to see the state of this team.

Mark Davis is the problem. Al Davis kept him far away from the team for a reason. Al didn’t really leave the team to Mark. Al left the team to his wife, and never wanted Mark to be the owner. Mark has a cloud of bad karma hanging over him. Firing everyone who was ever loyal to Al, leaving Oakland, treating fans like trash, having verbal confrontations with fans at Napa training camps, creating a narrative that it doesn’t matter where the Raiders play. Look at the crowds at the “home” games. Obviously it does matter where the Raiders play. Raiders will never win a super bowl until Mark is gone.

Not only would I fire McDaniels but Im not signing any big contracts to this 6 win team.
Im trading most of the big names on this team for early to mid round draft picks. Adams and Maxx are the best on this team but it dont matter and they're not helping other players around them get better. Im trading both Adams and Maxx for two extra first round picks.
Jimmy and Jacobs are worth something Id trade them for draft picks and draft young healthy talent with some speed. Jets could use Jimmy better system wise and Jacobs would do better elsewhere behind a better line.
Special teams is the best unit, RBs is the worse department, defense scheme I can see what it could be on a good day but this $100 million offense who only scores 16 points is beyond disgusting.
Offense is the Raiders bread and butter. Id start A.O rest of this year and hopefully he grows more and start him next year. Im starting Parham at Center next year, keep Kolton another year, sign a solid veteran Right Tackle and draft two new big Guards.
Keep all three TEs, keep Meyers and Tucker and bring in a new RB duo a combination of speed and power. Lets get this offense back to 28 pts per/game
