All of this pondering is re-wiring her brain and making her ponder even more! It's really cool to see her think about all these existential questions and how her thinking evolves.
We truly aren't that different from other animals, we've just had much longer to really think about these questions and most of us receive the accumulated knowledge and wisdom of the entire species from the past 6000 years or so. Bunny had to start from the bottom without all that help and she doesn't even have the doggy equivalent of transmitted accumulated knowledge like wolf packs have, for example. Us humans have had at least 10 000 years to really think about these questions and more, having gotten better at it every generation.
It's so fascinating to see where Bunny ends up with her thoughts. She has lots of potential and clearly this language tool has unlocked it! It allows her think in more abstract ways, which could really change her brain a similar manner as what happened to our species a long time ago that enabled us to become what we are now.

I think there is even a video where Bunny asks Mom if she was a dog before… - like: Do I become a human when I grow up?
I too would get an existential crisis, if I found out that my whole species and me personally was bred / produced / designed / bought to be a humans pet companion, and pretty much only exist for that reason.
Why do I exist? - To make me happy! - Well: Are you happy? Have I failed? I sometimes seem to make you unhappy… - Oh, no: Don’t think that! it’s just the human condition… - What? - Exactly! Wtf.
On the other hand: maybe a submissive doesn’t even find anything wrong with that…

Thing is, we don't know how specific her concept of each word is. Question words such as "why" and "what" are especially difficult. Linguistic studies with other apes, with birds, and with baby humans have shown us that the most "human" aspects of thought appear to be the asking of abstract questions. A concept of individual mind, that is the ability to understand that others have unique life experiences from your own, is something difficult to test for but appears to only be present in animals with very high social development, like cetaceans and humans.
