- United States Republican presidential candidate Ron DeSantis has defined the term "woke" while campaigning in the state of Iowa over the weekend.
Mr DeSantis told reporters that woke is 'a form of cultural Marxism' and said he's proud to consider Florida the place 'where the woke goes to die'.
"Look, we know what woke is, it’s a form of cultural Marxism." Mr DeSantis said.
"You’ve got to be willing to fight the woke, we’ve done that in Florida, and we proudly consider ourselves the state where woke goes to die."
So glad the marxism is being called out. The RINOS never said shit.

Ask yourself, is WOKE and all its connotations appropriate? Is WOKE appropriate in schools? Why not give children slasher video's or porn, cigarettes, booze etc. Children need education not adult options and ideology. Let them be children, they can decide for themselves when they are adults.

while i do like Desantis, he's my Governor... I am still supporting Trump for Pres. I would have loved if Trump had been Speaker of the House, and then Desantis as President, and they worked together, but that apparently was not in the cards.
I also like RFK, but I hate all corruption within the Democrat Party.. and sure, there is corruption in the Republican Party from all the RINOs like McConnel, Graham, etc.. but there's seemingly a handful of non-corrupt ones like Byron Donalds, MTG, Jim Jordan, Chip Roy, and a few others.

You are so right and I could not agree with you more. However in America they run for office and do not stand for office as in the UK. Here's the thing in any race if the leader falls the one behind normally crosses the line first. This is not a two horse race yet but the pace will pick up down the closing stages, Don might just be carrying too much baggage to cross the line first. Right now I wouldn't bet against him (Don) though I still prefer Ron. It's worth pointing out people will vote for people they don't agree with but they won't vote for people they don't like.
