- I have never driven this far east before, welcome to Arkansas Hot Springs National Park, #44 on my list! This is an unusual park set in an urban area. I experienced the luxurious hot spring waters, did plenty of hiking, and learned the history of this park since it's establishment over 100 years ago (1921). Come and experience it with me! And, don’t forget to subscribe so you can keep up with this adventure in progress! After this, I'll be headed East to South Carolina to visit National Park #45, Congaree!

My mom's family is from Kilgore. She always told stories about how the Rangerettes would break training and go to the soda shop for malts. Love to be virtually with you, wish it was in real life.
This was a really good one! (Well, they all are.) Loved the info about the caverns, which I'd never heard of, and the AR Hot Springs, which I was never sure would be worth it to visit (now I am). And I don't care if you're straight, gay, or upside-down, there is NO ONE who could go into Magnolia Market and not drop a load of cash. Bethany & Jen & I made a pilgrimage there a few years ago :)
