I used to watch Jess's videos for hours on end when I was younger. I loved her videos and became obsessed for 2 years straight before growing away from her videos. And then I decided to come back to them recently, and definitely was confused at first I will be honest. But I still love watching Aphmau's videos. They are comforting in a way. I do miss some of Aphmau's old videos but I still love her content. As a message to Jess, thank you for being such a big part of my childhood and so many other people. I am very thankful for that even though it was you being yourself. Your videos have always made me smile, and your stories made me cry. I think plenty of us were lucky enough to find Aphmau in her prime of roleplay. It was truly an honor and something I will always hold near and dear to my heart. I was practically raised on her roleplays, but I understand the shift in content due to everything going on in the world. Recently I returned to her channel to find that her recent videos consist of Mystreet relations. The nostalgia I got was unreal. It looks like roleplay will not be returning, but I’ll always thank Aphmau for helping me through some of my darkest moments.
