Purple Table Talk #9: I Am Bipolar & What!

There has been a total of 12 hospitalizations to date, and I learned I am worthy of love, to cultivate positive self-talk, and given grace by God to be able to bounce back after each hospitalization.
The Purple Table Talk Series are videos to recap my mental health journey and to showcase that I am not alone, nor am I perfect. I am just authentically living my life on earth temporarily for an eternal life with God, Christ, and the Holy Spirit, AMEN 🙏🏾.
