Purple Table Talk #10: I Am Bipolar & What!

There has been a total of 13 (Yes, Thirteen 🤦🏾‍♀️) hospitalizations to date, and I still know I am a child of God. I am worthy of love, able to cultivate positive self-talk, and I choose to give back as I bounce back after each hospitalization.
The Purple Table Talk Series are videos to recap my mental health journey and to showcase that I am not alone, nor am I perfect. I am just authentically living my life on earth temporarily for an eternal life with God, Christ, and the Holy Spirit, AMEN 🙏🏾.
