From Takis Hot Nuts tacos to a Fruity Pebbles toaster tart bar that’ll send you on a sugar high you may or may not remember, this years “Mukbang With The Munchies” dives into 6 cheap and simple creations we think any homebound, dazed foodie would enjoy eating.

Q: How do you not gain weight?
A: Endurance sports (primarily running, cycling and some resistance training) and extreme discipline & sacrifice with our daily diets is how we manage not to gain weight. We eat mostly vegetables, fruits, some whole grains and low fat dairy on the days outside these videos. The calories consumed in a food challenge or mukbang are the only calories consumed that day and sometimes the day following as well seeing our appetites are typically shot from so much food and the thought of eating is very off-putting. Two days out we are back to large amounts of vegetables and increase to maintenance from there. We also often eat most of our days calories in a smaller eating window (we frequently bounce between intermittent fasting & OMAD diet as it just seems to work with our lifestyles and eating preferences). Anyone with a larger than normal stomach capacity like us, the drive to push through the discomfort of a challenge like this, and a basic understanding of energy balance (calories in vs calories out) can do it with enough disciple and intention (not that we recommend it).
Also worth mentioning is that we do not exercise to burn the calories consumed in a video but rather we are able to consume higher calorie diets due to our participation in endurance activities and said discipline with our daily diets.
Q: Can you make a “What I eat in a day” / fitness focused video?
A: While we’re sure that type of video will eventually make its way out there, this is not a health and fitness channel and we intend to primarily focus on indulgent food entertainment. We’re still in the very early stages of establishing ourselves within this genre and we’re constantly experimenting and trying to improve upon our style to make our channel a unique experience. Food is our passion while fitness is our discipline so, while we currently only have the availability to produce one quality piece of content a week, fun food-centered videos is where we’ll be focusing our attention (and trust us, it’s more fun for all of us this way). That’s not to say it will never happen, but it’s not a top priority for us.
You guys sell yourselves short. This is a new level, very entertaining. It’s clear that you’re getting more and more comfortable in front of the camera. Love it. Keep it coming!

Great video, I love the creativity! Took me back to my early 20s... my go-to munchies were usually melted cheese sandwiches stuffed with all sorts of things, some form of an ice cream sundae or a straight-up box of cereal and milk :)

Pete and Nate are absolute legends!!! We love your personalities just as much as your exciting food creations/adventures/challenges!! Ideas for future considerations: 1) Local Italian food feast dishes, appetizers, desserts etc with any of your own modifications 2) International variety challenge where you order various popular items from a variety of different ethnic cuisines around your area 3) Random food combinations with all your sweet or savory craving. Examples : baked sweet potato topped with toasted marshmallow fluff and peanut butter, grilled cheese with plain chocolate bars inside sandwich, BBQ chips dipped in chocolate , TATES chocolate chip cookie with softened ice cream in the middle, burrito filled with your favorite cream cheese and crushed DORITOS cool ranch and SunChips Harvest Cheddar chips and final few ideas could be boxed brownies freshly baked and eaten in a bowl of milk with a spoon , double milk chocolate milano cookies dipped in funfetti frosting (betty crocker, duncan hines etc), Nature Valley crunch bars of your choice dipped in thick greek yogurt or sweet option with whipped cream

Been looking forward to this ALL day long. Your CREATION videos are your BEST videos ever - this is where you truly differentiate yourself from all the other CZcamsrs out there - this was so so creative and unique and I LOVE when you add cream cheese to food items (and the cream cheese on the freezer feast looked epic). :). You truly need a directory/recipe book/list of all of your creations.
These also feel like sleepover snacks. For when ur high on life joking around with ur besties at 3am and scrounging around the kitchen for a snack

I only say that bc while I've always enjoyed your max capacity challenges, a lot of times I've worried about you two upping the ante and burning out/getting sick for the max capacity content. one creation , which i have been enjyoying is a lasagne past mouse cake if you coul call it that. Simply use a 20 to 28 cm round cake form. have some cook some lasagne plates (salted). and let cool til cold, lay out the bottom of the form with the lasagne plates. Fill some cake vanilla cream in the midle good to have it a bit more dense. Then put some 2. round of lasagne plates on top. as fina fill the cake form with some chocolate mouse and put in fridge for unitl firm and enjyoy wiith wiped cream.
