I loved the orchestral programming on this song! It's a fitting theme for being the final song on the album.

the way you see them in the video is actually how they look live. Very kickass band and i wish i got to see them 4 years ago when i was in my freshman year of high school. i graduated now but i think 4 years ago they had original lineup and now the lineup changed merely but still i wish i got to see them a long time ago. i saw them in october and their live performance i would say is professional. Same level as obscura, these guys who play technical death metal really are true musicians

Like I explained to a friend you just cannot listen to everything. That was 5 years ago when he found out I hadn't heard Iced Earth. There is just too much metal to be capable of hearing all of it. First heard this band about a month ago. God I love metal. There is always that moment when you first get poleaxed by some new (if only to you) band and you listen to them continuously for days if not weeks. Been loving that experience since I first listened to Black Sabbath back in 1982. 2021 now and it still steals the words from me. Can't wait until I'm in my 80's trying not to get hurt sitting on my porch headbanging, freaking out the neighbors. I'll be stone motherfucking deaf by then and I'll have to play it so loud.

The skill levels of these guys is just nuts, every time i listen to a track i've heard before i hear something i didn't hear the last time. My ears and brain are struggling to hear every note,every beat,every bass line. Insanely awesome death metal band!!!!!!!

For me that's the best song on the album. The video reminded me of seeing them in Dublin last year and chatting to Kevin briefly after the gig. I was off work that week with a bad back but I still went to see them even though I couldn't mosh or headbang.

if someday i get good at playing guitar as good as being able to shred i will be highly influenced by these guys
Try paying more attention to their arrangement and song structures (especially on songs like The Aura - how they change tempo so smoothly -, Fundamental Process, CoExistence etc.) you can be inspired by them without having the same chops as they do! I tend to write music for my ("semi-technical") death/thrash band with A LOT of ideas I get from listening to Beyond Creation and Obscura.
@@bcbitchkkv Yes i learned one of the coexistence solos and i have to say its fuckin great, even though i can only play some things in E standar because i only have 22 frets. Obscura is amazing too ;)
