The 39-year-old Brazilian, a mainstay of the Blues team that lifted the Champions League in 2021, revealed the news on social media. An emotional Silva spoke of leaving the door open for a return, 'albeit in another role' saying 'goodbyes are for those that leave and don't come back. I intend on coming back one day'. Silva has made 151 appearances for the club and also won the Fifa Club World Cup and Uefa Super Cup.

He managed to be respected playing for clubs like PSG and Chelsea, I wonder just how bigger he would if only he played for Madrid, Bayern or City

Why Brazilians or Argentineans never learn to speak English?

He actually speaks french pretty well, and I've seen him speak English as well. I think they choose his native language because the video is more emotional than objective.

Brazilian here. If you think it is so easy for people from third world countries to learn a foreign language, coming from humble backgrounds and with poor formal education, you should give it a try.
People from America and Britain tend to be so presumptuous, but you guys hardly ever know any language besides english.
