      Fuji would have so much of my money if they did that. SO MUCH.

    It's definitely quicker than my method of putting the film back into a cartridge in a dark bag and putting the cartridge back into the instax wide camera for it to process the film lol.

      @JamieMPhoto  Před 3 lety

      Oh yeah, I had played with that idea a time or two, but the putting it back through the camera part was always the pain point.

      Thank you! That will be a great combination. I hope manufacturing is kind enough to them so we can all get our hands on it by the end of the year.

      Haha, at least this is an accessory if you have the right camera laying around! :) Thank you! I really appreciate it.

    one other tip, to speed things up, if you use a Linhof, their roto-slide adaptor would do just nicely, sliding the groundglass/focus frame, over to the back, one slick motion, but this is a proprietary solution.

    • @JamieMPhoto
      @JamieMPhoto  Před 2 lety

      Ah ha! But definitely could come in handy for someone or maybe I can get my hands on a Linhof one of these days. Thank you!

      @@JamieMPhoto yes, but as I have one (5x7"), just a WARNING, there are many back options (groundglass is NOT mounted in a traditional frame on the standard!), these are assembled onto a rotating ring (simmilar to the mamiya's rotating adaptor on RB67's ); ONE option is a single sheet metal slide holder, this can't take this back ( it is a 'shelf' which the holder sits onto like a window sil, but has a spring bar on the top to hold it there), most other "reducing plates" have the ring on the small side too, so you can add a 6.5x9 cm\4x5"\ 56x72mm roll/sheet film holder (70mm film stock) holder FRAME onto this, and even the 4x5 has two versions, the Simple holder, called a "spring back", and the universal one ( which speed Graffic cameras have ) which allows the glass to be removed and roll film backs affixed via the semi-standard "graflock bars", NOT to be confused with the 'P' adaptor from mamiya ( the technical name for the rotating back +film magasine on the RB67, as one unit); this one is called logically enough a Grafflok back, This back is the ONLY one for CERTAIN which can take the lomograflok, as the spring back ( at least on my 5x7" size, with the 4x5 reduced back, 4x5 size) does not have enough 'gape'( spread of the back between the glass and camera) to take a 504 series holder, due to the protrusion of the roller side of the backs, and this lomograflok is even thicker than this.

      @@sonygoup Awesome! I also recommend the Polaroid B&W if you haven't tried it. A bit more contrast and personality, too. I recommend both!

    • @JamieMPhoto
      @JamieMPhoto  Před 3 lety

      Yeah! I'm so glad they're making it. It's been a huge hole in film photography since (the original) Polaroid and Fuji abandoned this style of instant materials.

    If only lomography make the same effort to ship pre orders than they make for sending products to CZcamsrs... Another delayed date, mid septembre and only for few pieces, the others will be shipped until november pfff

      Sending prototypes to people to try is a huge leap from the international manufacturing and distribution hurdles they are facing in releasing a new product during a global crisis.
