That's an unfair way to compare the armor reduces skill damage while Terizla does skill damage, and most of Thamuz's damage comes from his basic attacks, blade armor or Anti-heal would have been better for Terizla

Hes basically waiting for Thamuz ult to run out as much as possible. Still, Thamuz wins lategame cuz of DHS but its actually Terizla in early and mid due to Dominance Ice being impactful enough.
