Rise, Tarnished, and be guided by grace to brandish the power of the Elden Ring and become an Elden Lord in the Lands Between. Elden Ring takes place in the Lands Between, a fictional realm over which several demigods rule. It was previously ruled over by the immortal Queen Marika, who acted as keeper of the Elden Ring, a powerful force that manifested itself as the physical concept of order.
When Marika shattered the Elden Ring and disappeared, her demigod children began fighting over pieces of the Ring in an event called The Shattering. Each demigod has a shard of the Ring called a Great Rune, which corrupts them with power. In the game, the player character is a Tarnished, one of a group of exiles from the Lands Between who are summoned back after the Shattering. The player must traverse the realm to repair the Elden Ring and become the Elden Lord.

5:38 you definitely missed some good stuff in the capital but it’s up to you if you wanna go back for it. For example the existence of a “manor lower level” sort of implies an upper level, no? Besides that there are still several entire other map areas you haven’t discovered yet, not even counting the DLC.
14:07 easy way to remember which upgrade stone a weapon uses is whether or not you can change the Ash of War. Somber weapons are static while regular upgrade weapons can be infused.

24:53 congrats on the first try godskin duo! Black flame is one of the most powerful abilities in the game. It scales mainly with faith and it does percentage damage, making it extremely effective no matter how much HP the boss has. An optimized faith build with BFT is literally elden ring on Easy mode, absolutely nothing resists black flame. Even with tripled coop boss HP it trivializes basically everything.
42:13 Alexander (and all jar warriors like him) is basically the Highlander, his purpose is to make the strongest warrior ever, whether that’s him or you there’s only one way to know.

you should defeat alexander you'll get the best talisman for ash of wars. will boost your dps with both the uchi and the fang
