@@haydenlee4509 Totally false. The polls have an error margin, and the polling where well withing the error margin, even in the swing states. Polling is just a prediction on where the landscape is. And if its having Biden a slight winner in one swing state, and Trump wins, thats not the polling being wrong. It just predicted a bigger chance at a Biden victory. But Trump won within the error margin.
@@haydenlee4509 You can look at it this way. Pocket Aces, against Pocket Kings. The prediction shows the likelyhood of Aces winning is 80% heads up. If the Kings win, is the prediction wrong? You can say the prediction underestimated the support of the Kings on the flop, but the prediction wasnt wrong. It predicted the Kings winning 2 out of 10 times.
Same as it predicted that Trump had a very fair chance, close to 50-50 chance at winning in the swing states. But slightly favoured Biden.

This is a pretty standard response from a person who doesn't know what they're talking about. Trump was banking on the idea that his interviewer didn't do their homework-- so he asked for 'proof' against what he was being told. Instead, he was brought the actual numbers, and he brushed them off with, "Yup, number one mortality rate."
Poor guy doesn't even realize that being "number one" in a pandemic death toll is a HORRIBLE thing.

It was a graph showing the number of deaths per number of cases, which is low in the US, meaning there is good testing. However, that graph says nothing about the death rate per capita, which is what Chris was talking about.
