Evening folks! Been a while since the last daily diet challenge, and since a few people tagged me in Larry's video last week...And since the food choices looked so banging...I decided to give it a go!

Dude, I've been a subscriber since you were around 100k. Just saw this video on my feed and wanted to check in. You're confidence in front of the camera has REALLY changed. You seem a lot more comfortable and just having fun and it shows. Not that your old videos are terrible...Just humbling to see the growth physically and mentally and gives me hope that I could grow more confident in front of the camera overtime. Leeds fan ere, I've been to watch Leeds about 4-5 times, saw Beard in the away stand, Barnsley game n all.
Great fun choice and right up our street. Mind you that looks like a modest daily calorie intake for a 350lb lifter - probably no where near the ideal macros as was high in carbs, medium fats and modest protein. Come on Larry man step it up dude. Great video man.
that's precisely what he'd be going for lol...wouldn't need any more protein than that in a surplus

Big body builders like him always say eating is the hardest part of the day cause of so many meals in between workouts
Many of those guys eat huge meals every 2 hours when they bulk 6 times a day.
