शौर्य ने बचपन में ही अपने पिता को खो दिया था. जीवन में इस घटना के बाद शौर्य को अंदाज़ा हो गया था कि जो करना है उन्हें अकेले करना है. उन्हें हमेशा से ही Business मे दिलचस्पी थी. जिसके चलते उन्होनें कई Startup भी शुरु किए. पर उन्हें हर बार हार का सामना करना पड़ा. लेकिन उन्होनें अपनी ज़िद को नहीं छोड़ा. इस बार उन्होनें Jobkhabri नाम के एक Startup की शुरुआत की. जो आज लाखों का Business बन चुका है.
