Are we witnessing the official trailer of what might be the best of Marvel yet?!
This WAKANDA FOREVER official trailer begins with Namor’s voice stating “broken people become great leaders”
We see more of the funeral of our fallen hero, T’Challa, but now we wonder, “how does he fall to eternal sleep?”
Grief befalls upon WAKANDA and not just because T’Challa has passed on, but some great force rises to the surface from the depths of the sea.
Namor, too was broken, and he rises to lead his people and for some unknown reason (to us at least) takes arms against WAKANDA and her people.
As Ramonda declares “we will show them what we’re made of,” the music crescendos, and Shuri lands in full Black Panther gear!! AHHH! The trailer ends but something greater begins…
The GREAT anticipation for this film begins! We get a sense WAKANDA Forever will break records and shatter expectations.

I been reading comics since 1991 and been watching superhero movies/trailers good and bad for over 30 years. This has got to be the top 2 or 3 greatest trailers ever made to me!!!! The shots, the looks, the action without giving away the story, and how each shot drew the viewer in with every moment. Absolute masterpiece!!!!!
Being Black, I'm excited that our representation is continuing even more with Black Panther and just as excited that Marvel is creating a graceful and powerful Mexican culture with Namor! Representation of the world!! I absolutely love it!!!!!! Great reaction as always!!!!
What are your top 3 trailers?
I thought Captain America: Civil War trailer 2 was absolutely perfect. The way they presented it, viewers split on taking Cap or Tony's side, Black Panther reveal and to top it off, the Spider-Man reveal at the end! I'm thinking of the other of my top 3 lol!
Namor is a mutant, that's a great way to introduce mutants into the MCU. I always knew that Shuri would be the next Black Panther.

Namor actually isn't from Atlantis in this version. They changed up his backstory to where he's from Talocan which is from another type of Mythology.
I just love how creative marvel studio are, they adapt to every situation, since dc beat them to bog screen with their aquatic hero, ththe found a way to differentiate their aquatic hero(by the he was created before aquaman) from dc by tying him to a different culture
Talocan is just the Aztec name for Atlantis

It could be Nakia also because then Romanda could retire as active Queen. Shuri can then take up the crown, Riri can be the Wakandan version of Ironman, general Okoye can still lead the Dora Milage and Nakia can be the new Black Panther and carry out T'Challa's outreach plan once they secure their home again.
Since Romanda was a Dora milage general once, I am hoping that she gets to square up a little with Namor before the BP steps in. I know she led the warriors in the WHAT IF...? series when Eric was pretending to help them.
Riri will be getting her own Ironheart Disney show, so this movie is just to introduce her character. I think as an MIT student, which was Tony's alma mater, she will get on Pepper's radar. Pep will probably call up Shuri and tell her that Riri could be perfect for the Science share outreach program that Shuri was put in charge of by her brother. Maybe Riri got on Pep's radar because of her tinkering with an ironman suit.
The BP suit seems to incorporate parts of T'challa, Shuri and Eric. So, that could also be why it's Nakia or Shuri. Nakia was a wardog spy with fighting skills, and she's the only one we see only once in this trailer.
The shape looks like Shuri's build, but it could also be a Marvel fake out to protect from leaks.

Fun fact 2: a lot of of Wakanda for ever will film in my home state of Massachusetts, like Boston, Cambridge, & Worcester & even in this official trailer i recognized some locations already & i got a chance to do some stuff so I'm praying it makes the cut in the final product 🤞🏾😁🤞🏾🙏🏾😊❤

One of the rumors is that this movie is taking place directly after Thanos snap and this is showing the after affects of that. How they handle that with the fact that they previously showed Shuri as being blipped too, is going to be interesting.
The entire movie is not after the snap, because Shuri is in the movie. Probably a flash back showing the Queen all by herself hence the 1st trailer My whole family is gone. It's going to be a lot of emotion.

If this film story set after Endgame, I wonder why Namor and the atlanteans wasn't participate in the battle against Thanos. It's been two years since Chadwick left us, I wasn't really catching forward for BP 2 news after hearing rumor TChalla die in this one. But the first teaser and this official one blows my mind away. Finally accepting Marvel's decision on Tchalla's fate and for next (probably Shuri, Okoye, or Nakia) take up the mantle of Black Panther. The Black Panther is Shuri. The mask has the exact same white markings. Plus she’s the only person who’s next in line. Because T’Challa had no child to pass the mantle down. Like his father, considering that’s how he took the place of Black Panther in the first place. Somebody most challenge in single combat and win. Isn’t that what the first movie all about? Come on people with the outside of the family speculations. Any other character other than Shuri will destroy the whole storyline. And purpose of the first movie.
