So I'm pretty happy with the result!! BTW, often these rice cooker recipes needs lot more trials than ordinary recipes, as rice cookers are basically not designed to cook multiple foods. But I know it helps many people who have busy lifestyle, so I'll keep it up!! 💪 今回のレシピは試作に10回以上かかってしまいました😅 最初は牛肉で試作していたのですが、どうやっても仕上がりがパサパサ、脂っこい、火が通ってないのどれかになってしまいました😭 ですが今回の鶏肉バージョンはしっかり美味しく仕上がったので、レシピが完成した時はほんとにホッとしました😅 ちなみに、炊飯器という機械はそもそも複数品目を調理するという前提で設計されていないので、それを強引に実現させる本シリーズの試作は普通のレシピより難航することが多いです。。 それでもこのシリーズは沢山の方の生活のお役に立てているようですので、これからも試作地獄の日々に飛び込み続けて参ります💪それでは！！

What a stellar recipe! It feels a bit like a Korean-style paella, super easy to make and with a lot of variations possible. The crust on the rice after cooking is super delicious and it works really with the chicken. I can also see this work wonderfully (instead of the carrot and zucchini) with roasted brocolli with shichimi togarashi, grilled cabbage, pickled daikon, or any other addition you would find in a rice bowl or even ramen-soup.
