Bilinear Quad Element - Shape Functions

Determine the shape functions and derivatives for the bilinear quadrilateral element. Builds off of the Galerkin Method for 2D Solids and Stiffness Matrix for 2D Solids videos.
Warning: using the approximate solution may lead to numerical instability. You should always use numerical integration with at least four points (it's really not that bad).
