I improved my hair by following these: Including more and more Vitamin C in form of lemon, orange, kiwi, 7-8 hrs of adequate sleep daily, have nuts such as walnut, peanut, almonds in limited, you can also eat fishes like salmon. Exercise a minimum of 30 mins everyday. Using natural shampoo, neem wooden comb, scalp massager by liitleextra coconion two times a week. All this is good to control hair fall.

In comparison to other shampoos, this Cocoonioon shampoo is better and helped control my hair fall after three months of regular use.

What are your thought on rosemary oil?
Thanks so much for watching 🤍. I think rosemary is a powerful ingredient. I like rosemary oil as well. I have mixed rosemary into oil along with other ingredients. I have also purchased oils with rosemary. I love it!
What is the recommended preservation time frame in the spray bottle?
I usually leave the spray bottle in the refrigerator for 2 weeks before making a new batch
Do you wash out the rosemmary water when you spray it in?
I don’t wash out the rosemary water. It stays in until washday for me 🙂
Can one use the powder of Rose Mary
You can definitely give it a try. I’ve never used rosemary powder , but I think the powder may be better suited to put into your deep conditioner or your own DIY hair oil than simply mixed in water

Hey Lucy, I typically spray the rosemary water 2-3x per week based on my needs. Thanks for watching 🤍
How many days can you use per week the rosemary water
I have a hair tea blend that I use now that contains rosemary and I use that every day followed up by a hair oil with each use. But I can withstand a lot and heavy products. For someone starting out, I would recommend 3x per week. But pay attention to your hair and scalp, make sure they both stay hydrated. Whatever your routine, just be consistent bc hair loves consistency 🙂
So can l use this rosemary water every day as well as a beginner
Yes! You can use this rosemary water everyday. Just follow it up with an oil, something to seal in the moisture.
