I want you to know that you have been a lifesaver especially when Covid kept us in. It’s very personal to invite someone into your house everyday. Much thanks to your wife Liz who was onboard with this invasion of her personal space and your effort in putting it together. I watched daily and then the cooking outside show. You are appreciated.

I would definitely need more sauce and cheese on that but the sound of his bite I know the dough was crispy.

I prefer putting the grated pecorino cheese on before the pizza is cooked, that was it cooked into the pizza. Not a fan of pesto or basil, instead I sprinkle garlic powder prior to cooking my pizza.

What a crime what we let them do to us during this period. People afraid to have dinner with their parents. What a f*cking joke it was. Videos like this bring back all the anger over how we were lied to for 2 years.

All that detail in the prep and baking and garnish, then you rush through the finish and don't even review what you are eating.
Serious Eats has a much better recipe for Sicilian, which is what I use all the time. More satisfying and a much deeper sauce. This is blah and I would have to skip the pesto, in this case.
