ADHD responds very well to meditation and with practice can help focus for the magical/spell work! I was on meds at the beginning, but honestly, routine meditation, brings alot of brain's natural chemicals into play. Not for everyone, but I am satisfied with the level of concentration I can achieve!

Same for me with my ADHD.
I also have ADHD. I was late diagnosed at age 43. I take gabapentin, and it works wonders.
