I have always been connected with nature. When I was a kid I stayed outside from morning til dark hated being indoors so school was not my fun place. I still prefer to be outside than indoors. Hugging a tree literally is a very good way to feel loved and grounded, neighbors or ppl at the park may think you have lost your mind but oh well. Lol

And I believe, it is necessary for anyone with the desire to learn and practice witchcraft, magic, shamanism, etc. Shadow work can be the most challenging, especially when inhibited by resistance and avoidance. We're stronger and happier when we do the work so that we can move to this next level. This is a lot more empowering than just going straight to learning to cast spells. IMHO, it is also safer overall. Thank you for all that you share. Many blessings to you as a person, a practitioner and lifelong student (as we all are), and as a teacher. Love and Light.

Growing up agnostic, I have kind of searched over the years for a spiritual connection, never really finding it. Until this last full blue moon when a series of unexpected events happened and she called to me when I was trying to help one of my closest friends heal and give her protection. One of the most beautiful experiences in my life. Needless to say I fell into a bit of a rabbit hole after that and things about me started making sense. I feel more connected to myself than ever and I have Brigid to thank for showing me my path and what a spiritual "home" feels like.

I'll need to do some thinking. I do have hot flashes. Humidity makes them so much worse. Water creates humidity. But air takes away humidity. But air also feeds fire. Am I over thinking this??

That's an awesome video there. I've also learned and realized that charms, candles, stones, and all other magic articles have no power on their own other than the power you allow them to give you, solely by your own belief/faith. In other words, they are tangible symbols which helps you increase your belief in your magic effectiveness, and when you reach a point of very high faith, belief and knowing, you won't need these items anymore in order to cast spells and using magic effectively. All articles are "optional belief boosters." Remember that the kingdom of heaven is inside of you, not outside if you. The divine works from inside out.
