  • Genius Scientist GOATeejay, has decided to make a sequel to his currently (as of August 8th 2021) most watched video, Why the Earth is Flat, he uses ironclad logic, reasoning, and evidence to persuade you to stop being a sheep and look past all the social programming and conditioning into making you believe the earth is a sphere. He explains how the day/ night cycle actually operates, how centrifugal force would cause the water on a globe to go into the "void of space".

space in a vacuum but it’s can’t be sucked out because the sun has its own gravity. and everything u can see or not are being sucked away. the earth doesn’t have to be flat for stuff to not be sucked out. now let’s talk about why space is a vacuum. it’s all about pressure. if u suck all the particles out of a container it will implode. because the pressure is much less in the container than outside, meaning as space expands, everything moves farther away. also why ur blood would boil in space. the pressure will increase inside u till u blow up.

These explanations don't debunk the globe:
Exibit A: You never present why the globe model is wrong. Your flat earth model doesn't predict properly sunset and sunrise in different locations of the planet. Globe model does.
Exibit B: No, technically vacuums don't suck. It's the air and other stuff that randomly finds their way in. Pressure is just the force of particles randomly bouncing on walls or on each other. Please read or watch other YT videos on vacuum systems that get as close as zero as possible. You'll see the technique for vacuum has to change when the desired level of vacuum needs to be as high as possible, as at some point you no longer can "suck" the particles out, you need to either push them out, or wait until they randomly find the exit hole.
Exibit C: A container is not always needed. It just needs a force to prevent escaping. This force can be kinetic (a wall), magnetic, gravitational, or any other. Gravity is the force in Earth's case. Also, your container model does not work in reality, because it doesn't explain why air pressure drops by altitude. If we were in a container, people could breath normally on the top of the Everest; there will be no reason for pressure drop.
Exibit D: Seriously? Where are the proofs for such claim?
Exibit E: Your ball is spinning several rotations per second. The Earth does one rotation per 24h. The forces in that ball are much higher. Also, that ball doesn't have enough gravitational force to have the liquid stick to it, less so to be able to do this experiment under earth's gravity. You could test this by changing gravitational forces with magnetic ones: Use a ferrofluid instead of water and an electromagnet inside the ball: it will stick to all parts, even upside down, even when the ball spins.
Exibit F: You're too big for that sphere. Meanwhile small insects can stand on it no problem. This proves nothing. Also, as in exibit E, you need a way to emulate gravitational forces if you want to be able to stand upside down.

That means both the tennis ball and moon are lit by the sun. Do the experiment any time in the day and the phases are always the same as each other. I bet you will IGNORE this and not answer.

@19 December 19 Ok, if that's what you want. All objects accelerate towards the ground at a rate of around 9.81 m/s/s diminishing by the square of the distance from the object to the center of the earth. Any object moving up, away from the earth, would begin to decelerate, loosing 9.81 m/s (diminishing by distance) for every second it travelled, before coming to a stop and falling back towards the earth. This means that any object, moving away from the earth, would have to achieve a velocity of 11 km/s, in order to escape earth's gravity or else it would eventually fall back towards the earth. This is referred to as escape velocity. At normal temperatures air molecules only move at an approx. speed of between 300 to 500 m/s. So, assuming an air molecule is moving away from the earth at the maximum velocity of 500m/s, and assuming it path is unimpeded by something like a whole bunch of other air molecules, it would only be able to achieve a height of about 12.7 km before stopping and falling back towards the earth. So there is no possibility of our atmosphere escaping into outer space.

So much wrong in such a small time frame. First of all I hope you are familiar with Pythagoras' theorem. This concept taught in middle school, along with trigonometry taught in high school disproves your claims of the local sun.
Secondly vacuum is not the same as a vacuum cleaner. Vacuum simply means absence of "stuff", and actually we do lose part of the atmosphere to space.

@@ChayAaronStevenson11 ouch I am mortally wounded by your words. They might carry more weight if you showed any intelligence whatsoever but as you seem to be less intelligent than my daughter, allow me to out you in your place. If I am a gamma male, you are no more than a lambda. As for the argument for a creator, that is a philosophical one, not a scientific one. The evidence for a spherical earth is all around you, and it is not my fault that you are so dense it is surprising that you have not collapsed under your own gravity. But if you want to be anywhere near on par with me about a scientific discussion about the shape of the earth, here is what you need to do lambda.
Go to your library and borrow children's science books from the 1950s, I know that is going to be a challenging read for you, but you should be able to do it. Since you borrowed them, you will have to return them. When you finish with that start learning about circles and right angle triangles, I know these are tricky shapes but I have faith that you can learn them, specifically how to calculate the circumference of the circle and the hypotenus of the triangle. Then is something I had a little trouble with in trigonometry don't worry all this information predates NASA by a century. But once you learn about trigonometry, try learning biology, chemistry and physics, all these disciplines predate NASA as well. Once you get the basics of these try to pass high-school and get a GED.
Then you might be able to have an intelligent conversation about the shape of the earth.
Until then you are nothing but an intellectual minnow swimming with sharks. You are not even worth our time.
      Begone lambda
