I went fishing with only one lure and after I've lost it in the tree then the fish were safe from me. LOL kids will see the darness thing it's always fun when it's caught on camera.

Great Job!! I have made plenty of crankbaits but never out of wood, I enjoyed watching this video. Looks like a kido was having some FUN At the end...lol....Fun Indeed

I have gone back to get my bait with success. So, armed with a pruning tree attached to a 9 feet metal pole, the tool was about 12 feet plus my height and arm extension, (18 + ft) When I took the time to go back to the river a few evenings ago it was misting (light rain). Good thing I've left my phone and key fob in my truck cause against my own will I slipped down in the river bank cause the clay was slipperier than a butter in a hot pan. I slipped all the way down into the river and finally stopped when the water reached above my knees. So now I am covered in mud and wet but I was on a mission to get the crank bait. The crank bait was painted green so you can imagine the camouflage... it was a challenge to find it, a good thing I had seen the footage multiple times when I did the editing, anyway after I finally seen it I could not reach it....too short by about 1 ft...$%$. I managed to cut a few branches that shocked the lure loose and fell into the river. My feet stuck in the clay I could not reach the lure when it floated by me..... good thing I had the 12 ft pole. Anyway long story short almost lost both my Crocks getting out of the river and than climbing the bank....I guess if someone would've filmed me that video would be in the AFV.
