Tony... great video. Question for you. I'm taking Lantus.. I always use it first thing in AM with prior to my first meal ( started 10Iu - Move to 20Iu and my max has been 30IU). I have been taking HGH pre bed... ive been keeping the dosage low almost as an ant-aging protocol. My question is... If Lantus is supposed to be cycled (Mon, Wed, Fri) should I add the HGH on the Lantus days right after my Lantus dosage or after my first meal... should I do the Lantus and HGH together first thing in the AM. Or... should I run the Lantus (Mon, Wed, Fri ) take the Lantus first thing in AM, Then break up the dosage of HGH ( so say 4IU HGH with first meal) then ( another 4iu Pre meal workout)? I'm also wondering if Lantus should be cycled... and on my off days of Lantus would it be a good idea to take the HGH ( on the off Lantus days Tue, Thu, Sat) and use HGH pre bed as I have been for anti- aging keeping dose between 2-3IU pre bed? Leaving Sunday as an off day for HGH in an attempt to help balance out my blood sugar. I understand this is rather a log and complicated question... its a great video I just didn't hear any specifics when it came to taking the Insulin & HGH at the same time in the AM... Hey Max, taking metformin while using slin to keep insulin sensitivity is good idea, but doesnt metformin lowers igf1 levels so you dont get the benefits of increased igf1 caused by insulin ?
Yes but it varies individual to individual. Worst case it will completely stop gains. Take as far from training as possible, 500mg every 2nd night
Check James Jewett’s podcast on metformin. That study was performed on a bunch of old dudes with crazy metformin doses. According to James, metformin does nothing on hypertrophy.
When on anabolics and using gh and insulin with metformin your igf1 levels will still be so high it won’t make a difference I know a lot of guys who use Lantus daily in the off season with metformin and berberine and they use humalog on high carb days and their igf1 levels are 500+ still

Die Frage ist doch was Lantus bringen soll. Ein Diabetiker nimmt Lantus um seinen Insulinspiegel auf einem gewissen Level zu halten. Für eine gesunde Person bringt das meiner Meinung nach gar nichts. Novorapid hingegen also ein schnelles Insulin nach dem Training ist halt ein Booster um Kohlehydrate schneller zum Muskel zu fur befördern und auch Eiweiß somit schneller zum Muskel zu befördern. Das macht schon Sinn. Nur Leute die überhaupt keine Ahnung haben von Broteinheiten oder der Dosierung sollten davon die Finger lassen. Das ist viel zu gefährlich wenn man in eine Hyperglykämie reinfällt.

Das macht aber nur für maximal zwei Wochen Sinn, da ansonsten ein Gewöhnungseffekt sich einstellt. Außerdem ist es nicht ratsam seine Organe ständig zu triggern, da dies dann so einem Organ Versagen führt ....ähnliches Beispiel: ich fahre einen Motor ständig bei überhöhter Drehzahl, dann ist der auch schneller hin, als wie wenn ich im Normalbereich oder etwas drüber fahre.

Bruh, talking about how long acting insulin means your receptors feel them all the time. Unless you are a type 1, even a type 2 has insulin in his body all the time. A recetor has activity and affinity for an agonist. High activtiy tends to desenitize, high affinity is how strong is "sticks" to the receptor and how hard for it to be replaced. In other words, a high affinity drug cant be displaced by a drug with a lower affinity for the receptor. However, you saying that lantus is going to cause insulin tolerance, is not true. When men develop insulin resistance, its called type 2 diabetes. You dont desensitize to hormones, they either are enough of them or not enough. Take testosterone that yall be swimming in, it doesnt stop working cuz your too exposed for it. Just think about HS, walking through hall, were you like "Damnnnn man I cant even imagine having sex right now, ive built up some a tolerance to testosterone."
