What’s the main difference between this site in portmore compared to the savannahs vistas? I’m trying to decide .
Hi Mia, well for one the location, The Vistas is located in a more tourist centered area. Additionally, I am not sure of the building material for Hellshire View but the Vistas 2 are being built with concrete blocks and steel. Finally unit size the 2 bedroom Vistas unit is larger than Hellshire View.

The main road to savannah vistas is not far you can actually walk and the road is good.
Too high price for poor people to afford Nht provide 6.5 milliom per person if you fully qualified not even 2 person can afford these houses why aren't we thinking about poor people I can't see why they are selling these houses so high prices

When will the design change. I wish developers could be more creative with design giving better considering to topography and environment. Where are the architects? Lands with such potential for a fabulous development reduced to another monotonous scheme design.
I do hope the infrastructure was part of the consideration this time, particularly water source and supply as well as roads. The practice these days seem to be just to "put in" and sell leaving home owners with the stress of managing water woes and traffic congestion....an assult on quality of life
