  • This video gives you an overview of the Nuendo layout and Nuendo similarities with Pro Tools, highlighting how switching to the premium Steinberg post production DAW is straightforward. It looks at the project page window, with the audio and MIDI track list, editing tools and transport functions in Nuendo, the selection functions and tools in Nuendo. It highlights the Nuendo object selection tool, which can function like the grabber tool, customizing the Nuendo tool bar and the Show/Hide options, which include options to show the mix window, VSTi, media browser, monitor control, metering and more. The Nuendo workflow will be familiar to users of other DAWs, but often with more options, which makes switching to Nuendo very straightforward.

Awesome. Once you get used to Nuendo/Cubase, you don't want to use anything else. The tools and workflow outclass all the other DAWs.

I use both Pro Tools and Nuendo, but I've not opened PT for months. Nuendo has got everything I want. Not thinking of renewing the PT licence cos it will just sit there.

This is great, as I recently moved from PT to Nuendo. Thanks!

I wish the drag and drop option was possible and not only gor dragging loops and instruments like in Studio One 5. And of course the splitter option.

Great introduction, but you are not doing yourselves any favours by recoding it on such a low resolution screen - everything looks way more crammed than it can feel on a modern resolution.. I would had guessed you want it to come across as clean as possible, with an ease of overview?

You were probably very early watching the video. CZcams uploads low resolutions first.

@@rolandgerard6064 that is not what he means though... he means the scaling of the program itsself on lower resolution and everything being huge when a lot more could fit on the screen by using higher resolution.

@@rolandgerard6064 I see what you mean, but what I was referring to was the scaling of the program. It looks like it has been recorded on an old 13'' or something similar.
