Okay starting from the vid alone I could tell a LOT of work probably went into this. Like seriously, that was a pretty explosive start with all the Anemo char plus traveler each having a distinct movement. Then there was the camera work, the background changes, the snappy movements with the song... AND absolutely gorgeous vid quality? Come on, thats some really great stuff!!!

Amazing but two questions how do u make these and how long does this take
I'm glad you liked it! I make these with a program called MikuMikuDance (commonly shortened to MMD). There's a lot of tutorial videos on youtube if you want to see more of how it works. You can animate in the program yourself or you can use a motion that someone else has made. If you ever want to check, the credits are always in my description!
As for how long it takes, it varies. Usually I can make these in a week or two, but I can make them faster if I'm particularly motivated lol. My "Shut Down" video was made in one day, and I still don't know what I was on that day. The most time consuming part for me is editing the motion to fit Genshin type models so that no major clipping occurs.
