Yes you can, but taste will be different. You can take the same amount as of All purpose flour. Make sure to check the consistency of the batter while adding milk.

Thank you Ambili, 😍I am sorry but I am not using a Morphy Richards oven nor an OTG oven. But here is what I got from one of my friend who uses a Morphy Richards OTG oven.
Set the oven on Bake mode and keep both heating coils on, while preheating, as well as baking. Keep the wire rack in the middle and keep the cake tin on the wire rack. Please let me know the results if you ever try.

How to avoid egg smell? Love from Tamilnadu
You need to use fresh eggs for baking. You can add vanilla essence and may add vinegar as well to avoid egg smell. Also dont over beat the eggs while preparing the batter. And its better to taste the cake after 1 day of baking.

I usually soak cakes with sugar syrup while frosting but for this cake its not necessary to soak as this is a moist cake.
