Mam,tried ghee cake recipie nd it came out well.I did it in convection plus microwave option.I tried the small cake recipie.it took only 6 min to get it cooked at 170 degree.whenver I prepare cake in convection mode it never out to be good.cake will undercooked and flat cake.i don't know why it is happening like that.so I started making cake in stove top.Bt this ghee cake I tried in convection plus microwave option nd not just convection alone.Nd the result was good.Mam can you help me to sort out the problem

When you bake, is it necessary to heat both upper and lower rods??..in my oven bake mode means only bottom rod gets heated..but they say,always pre heat the oven with both roads heated..in my oven it is toast mode.pls advice me..
