Inner core vs Watt please
I will have to get my hands on the Watt!
Both in my bag. Inner core for straight tee shots and longer approaches. Glitch for when I want a safe run or shorter turn over shot round a bishy tree etc.
Just got my hands on the Watt yesterday and it knocked my Glitch and even my Proxy is up for being pushed out.
Love the proxy. How does the watt differ from it? More understable. I throw soft neutron. I also have a fission which is really stable.
glitches are more for 50-70 ft throw in attempts, the inner core is more of a neutral throwing putter.
I would say the Berg is a little better for that because of it's lack of glide! But the Glitch is definitely a good one!
I really enjoyed the flight and feel of the inner core however if it got wet from the dew on the grass, sweat, or rain the grip took a nose dive which is unfortunate. As for the glitch it is fun to have in the bag for casual rounds and although it is in my bag for tournaments i dont think i have had faith to throw it in a tournament setting.
I just throw my putting putters for this slot... Aviar yeti pro - you should do a video on it.
The Yeti Aviar is definitely solid!
What can we do to get you early impressions of the Trash Panda Dune & base plastic Inner Core? And yes get that Watt!
I just got a Dune in! I haven't had a chance to throw it yet! And I haven't gotten the new base plastic yet to try out! But the Dune review should be coming after the KC Wide Open!
Ohm is the answer
I haven't thrown a glitch but I love the inner core! I could not and would not play a round without it, I can't say enough good things about it. It's not only my giveaway disc for beginners it's dead straight and if you can finesse it you can make it fly very far, the glide is unreal no joke
Yeah that's a very good disc for beginners! The only think that keeps me from bagging it is the lighter weight and how gummy it is! I really like stiffer putters!
@@ApolloDiscGolf yeah I try not to think about the weight because it flies nice for me if I'm smooth, I just got one of the new white base plastic ones that I believe is 175 ish but not stiff more of a medium I guess... idk they're on th thinner side of disc so it's relatively medium stiffness. Great content man always appreciate your videos!
@@daniellarrabee9741 Yeah I heard those ones are a bit stiffer and heavier! I haven't had a chance to try one of those out yet!
I like this comparison. I tried to bag both but I never knew which one to pick at the 100-150â range. They cycle in and out of my bag but I do prefer the Inner Core for most conditions. My Inner Core is beat in to the point that it doesnât fade in those shorter distances making it harder to bag the Glitch. The ânormalâ hand feel of the Inner Core is also a big plus for me. Your assessment of needing more practice time with a Glitch is on point. Itâs flight and glide feels counterintuitive. I found myself overshooting my up shots by 50â at times because it would glide right past the basket, definitely a me problem not a disc problem. Thatâs why I opt for the Inner Core - I like to grab something and not have to think too hard about what the disc is going to do.
Hard to get the Glitch here in Norway, but when I finally got one, it was at the Krokhol Open Euro tour. Sick custom dye, and got it signed by McBeth, Williams and many more... So now I have a Glitch that I will never throw... Still looking for a glitch though :P
I have both disks, but for now I'm using the inner core to putt with and the glitch for short up shots along with my proxies. I did pre-order Simon's new Glitsch, so looking forward to see how it flies for compared to the Glitch.
Foot fault
Was nice to see the inner core on the shelf at the dgpt booth at a recent event. Felt good but Didnât know if white or blue flew better. And decided on the confetti JudgeâŠ.which turned out to be painfully understable.
Still need to find an inner core!
Would Glitch have been as popular without Simonâs smooth marketing ability? Have a few but it showed me how lacking my old school frisbee spin ability is for getting it to fly as a âdriver.â
I think the Glitch was pretty hyped up before Simon moved! But he definitely helped build the hype!
I appreciate you basically rating the disc that you don't have higher than the one you do. Makes your future reviews much more "reliable" as you aren't doing these purely to push your own merch.
